A little bit more about me:
I’m a two-time All-American collegiate soccer player who grew up in California but traveled to Scotland to play for professional club Glasgow Celtic in their inaugural season.
As a volunteer blog writer for Havserve in Haiti, I was invited to the White House in Washington D.C. for a forum, “A Billion Plus Change,” a campaign promoting skills-based volunteering to help communities around the globe meet economic, environmental, and social challenges.
With dual citizenship (U.S. and U.K.) and family across the Atlantic, I spend as much time in Europe as possible. My favorite vacations include hiking in the Scottish Highlands, swimming in Kauai with my son, and indulging in luxury hotels (my favorite is the Palace Hotel in San Francisco).
When I’m not writing, I can be found hiking around the Bay Area, trying to train my new puppy, or watching reruns of I Love Lucy.
